Restorative Yoga

Take a well-deserved break and immerse yourself in an hour of relaxation during an incredible restorative class. This gentle and soothing practice is designed to work the connective tissues in your body, release tension, and induce a state of deep relaxation for both body and mind.

During this class, you will be guided through a series of restorative yoga poses that are specifically designed to target the deeper layers of your body, including the connective tissues and fascia. These poses are held for an extended period of time, allowing your body to fully surrender and release any accumulated tension or stress. 

The use of props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks will ensure that you are comfortably supported in each pose, allowing you to fully relax and let go. As you settle into each posture, you will be encouraged to explore a state of mindfulness, cultivating a deep sense of presence and self-awareness.


Note: This class welcomes both beginners and intermediate practitioners, as variations and modifications will be offered to ensure that everyone can practice at their own level. It is recommended to bring your own yoga mat and water bottle, though we do provide mats if needed. Payment is by donation - pay what you can! We take cash or Venmo.
